Dreams Result In Successful Achievements

You cannot achieve what you cannot imagine.  Take a look around you right now….. everything from the computer in front of  you the object you are resting your body on, was first someone’s dream before it came into reality.  Someone had to first be able to see it in their minds, before they were able to create it.  This is because, the things we think about; are the things we make happen.  There is real power in imagination which is beyond what most of us realize.  This is one of the reasons the major religions of the world all give instructions on what we should think about.  If thoughts did not have power, the world’s spiritual teachers would not have consumed time instructing what we should focus our thoughts on.  These thoughts can come from both our focused day dreams and sleep dreams.  Their power is not limited to only changing our own lives.  Dreams change our lives and the world around us.  Rebecca Turner list 10 dreams that changed the course of history at http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/10-dreams-that-changed-the-course-of-human-history.html:

You can use these dreams to get you your dream job.  If you know what it is you want, you will take the necessary steps to achieve it.  Once you have identified your dream job, you will be able to see the steps necessary to get there.    I will demonstrate an example of how this works with something like a common vacation.

• First you realize that you want to get an enjoyable break from work
• You then look at places you want to go or do for this break
• You also compare what you find to what you can reasonable afford (time & money)

• Now depending on your personality, you will pick something safe that is within your time and money, or you will stretch to something more enjoyable that you will have to save up for.  If you have to save for it, you will not start looking at your vacation time and budget to see how you can accumulate the required reserves needed to enjoy this vacation. 

• You then explore how to get there.  If you decide you want to drive; you will look at a road map. A map that once looked like spaghetti of roads will start narrowing itself down to the streets and roads between you and your destination.  The other roads become invisible because they are not leading to what you are thinking about. 

• The process of becoming more focused on what will bring you closer to your desire and everything else becoming invisible will continue until you are successfully enjoying your vacation.  This is a very simplified version of how it works.

Sometimes while following our dreams, we come across a pitfalls or roadblocks that were unforeseen.  These challenges can sometimes rob us of the motivation to keep putting one foot in front of the other.  Which leads to the next problem that goal achieving is like paddling a boat up stream.  As soon as you stop paddling toward your goal, the current starts slowing your progress down until you are being pulled away.  For some, to see this progress being lost puts them into a tail spin that causes the dream to crash and burn.  Most of the time these dreams can still be revived with a little inspiration and some new found motivation. New way to have a meeting at the Department of Labor

  Management:  Manages the day to day store operations and activities of store associates.

Plans daily work activities and allocates work assignments among associates based on business

needs. Analyzes store scheduling needs and schedules associates consistent with staffing

vision is alive and in action.

  Recruitment: Recruits store associates to ensure store is well staffed. Manages staffing levels

internal talent and creates performance plans  (IDPs) for store associates. Identifies and develops

  Associate Relations/Work Safety:  Promotes a safe and empowering environment for the client’s Team to listen, appreciate and challenge each other. Seeks the assistance of the ACO/MUM

The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for the successful day-to-day performance of the

store under the guidance of the General Manager, with accountability for:

This is a note providing you an update on Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (“Choice Act”) as it pertains to the in-state tuition provision – Section 702.

The in-state tuition provision requires VA to disapprove programs of education under the Post-9/11 and Montgomery GI Bill programs at public institutions of higher learning if the schools charge qualifying Veterans, spouses, and dependents tuition and fees in excess of the rate for resident students for terms that begin after July 1, 2015.  As such, any schools that do not meet the requirements will be disapproved for Post-9/11 GI Bill and Montgomery GI Bill benefits.    

Students Eligible for In-State Tuition under Section 702 are:  

• A Veteran who lives in the state in which the institution of higher learning is located (regardless of his/her formal state of residence) and enrolls in the school  within three years of discharge from a period of active duty service of 90 days or more.
• A spouse or child using transferred benefits who lives in the state in which the institution of higher learning is located (regardless of his/her formal state of residence) and enrolls in the school within 3 years of the transferor’s discharge from a period of active duty service of 90 days or more.
• A spouse or child using benefits under the Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship who lives in the state in which the institution of higher learning is located (regardless of his/her formal state of residence) and enrolls in the school within three years of the Servicemember’s death in the line of duty following a period of active duty service of 90 days or more.

The law affecting in-state tuition charges is effective for terms starting after July 1, 2015. Our initial review of all states and territories indicate that none are fully compliant with the law – some are more compliant than others.  We are making every effort to ensure all states understand the requirements to comply.  We have reached out to all state Governors, our State Approving Agencies and a wide variety of others to ensure they know the ramifications of not complying with the Choice Act.

Public institutions must offer in-state tuition and fees to all eligible individuals identified above by July 1, 2015, to be eligible to receive payments for training on or after that date.  It is anticipated that VA will not issue payments for any students eligible for VA benefit payments until the school complies. Much can/could happen between now and July 1, 2015 but we like to provide what we know for the moment.
